Ingredients

  • 1/2 Juicy Crunch Tangerine peeled
  • 6 Baby Carrots
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1/3 cup non-fat Greek vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients into your favorite blending device and blend until smooth
  • Enjoy!

Notes

I do strongly recommend using Juicy Crunch Tangerines in this smoothie recipe. #1 Well, because they are the best. #2 Because you want something sweet to compliment the Greek yogurt.
