Ingredients

  • 7 eggs
  • ½ medium sweet onion diced
  • 3 mini sweet peppers diced
  • ½ tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ½ cup diced steak cooked
  • 1 tsp all purpose seasoning I used DUST by VooDoo Chef

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°
  • Crack the eggs into a small-medium size bowl. Whisk/Scramble well with a fork. Set aside.
  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in a oven-safe skillet. I used a 10' cast iron skillet.
  • Add in the onions and peppers.

  • Sauté until they start to soften, about 2 minutes.
  • Add in the diced pre-cooked steak. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle on the seasoning. Stir well.
  • Pour in the eggs.

  • Allow to cook for approximately one minute, you will see the eggs start to form to the side.
  • Place the pan into the preheated oven and cook for approximately 7 minutes or until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
  • BE CAREFUL when removing the skillet from the oven! It WILL BE HOT!
  • Slice and top with Hellmann's Creamy Sriracha Sauce right before serving.
  • Enjoy!
