Ingredients

plain nonfat greek yogurt

jalapeno, diced
seeds removed if desired

Ranch seasoning packet
more if desired

or a ½ of bell pepper, diced
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a bowl.
Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour so that flavor intensify.
