Equipment

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 fillets of salmon I used Copper River Salmon from Anderson Seafoods in this recipe
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking oil (Pam or Grapeseed Oil) - make sure your sheet is big enough to fold over the salmon on all edges
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and brown sugar
  • Place salmon onto the foil on baking sheet
  • Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon
  • Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, covering completely and sealing it closed
  • Place into oven and bake until cooked throughout, about 20-25 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
