Topping Instructions
In a medium bowl combine the oats, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon
Cut in the butter into the topping mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs
Sprinkle oats topping over fruit
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown
Serve warm, I recommend with vanilla bean ice cream
