Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts

tbsp
minced garlic

⅓

low sodium soy sauce
▢
⅔
cup
ketchup
▢
¼
cup
honey
Instructions
Write on freezer bag name of recipe and cooking time
Place all the ingredients into the freezer bag
Place in freezer until ready for use
When ready to use, thaw overnight and cook on low for 4-5 hrs
When chicken is tender shred with forks or break apart with spoons and let sit in juices in crockpot for at least 1 hour to ensure it is moist
Serve over vegetables or rice
Enjoy!
Notes
You can also place the ingredients directly into the crockpot frozen - I do all the time! - just add an additional 1 - 2 hrs to the cooking time.
