  • 5-6 baby carrots
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 1 slice mango
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado - peeled and pitted
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 4-6 oz coconut water - or your choice of liquid

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into your blending device as listed above
  • Blend until smooth
