  • 6-8 slices of apples I used Crunch Pak Organic Sweet Sliced Apples
  • 5 baby carrots
  • 5 cucumber slices
  • 5 strawberries
  • cup Juice Plus+ Vanilla Complete Shake Mix or a scoop of your favorite protein mix
  • 4 oz coconut water - or your choice of liquid
  • 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the ingredients in the blender cup as listed above
  • Blend until smooth
