  • Blender


  • cup pure pumpkin
  • ½ banana
  • ½ avocado seed and skin removed
  • 1 apple - I used honey crisp don't include the core
  • cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • Place all ingredients listed into your favorite blending device, I use the Nutri Ninja Auto iQ
  • Blend until smooth
