Homemade Creamy Mexican Dip

This creamy mexican dip is spicy, delicious AND healthy! The only ingredient in this recipe that has ANY Weight Watcher points is the salsa, and that's just 1 point for 2 tablespoons.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Plain Non fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup your favorite salsa - I used Mango Habanero
  • cup chopped cilantro
  • ½ cup diced sweet onion
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a medium bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use
  • Enjoy with chips and/or fresh vegetables

Notes

This healthy Mexican dip can be made 1 - 2 days in advance, in fact, the flavors intensify the longer it sits!  Be sure to keep it covered and refrigerated.
