No Bake Pumpkin Protein Bites

Ingredients

cups
dry
uncooked old fashioned oats

cup
pumpkin puree
▢
½
cup
peanut butter or equivalent alternative
▢

tablespoons
honey
▢
¼
cup
chia seeds
▢

tablespoon
vanilla extract
▢

teaspoon
cinnamon
▢
1
scoop protein powder - non-flavored or vanilla
▢

cup
mini chocolate chips - dark or milk
I had milk, so that's what I used
Instructions
Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
Using your hands make 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls to form your pumpkin bites
Place on a cookie sheet or directly into a storage container
Enjoy!
Notes
Freeze what you think you won't eat in a week or two. In fact, it's a great idea to make a double batch and freeze the extras!
