Ingredients

  • 4-5 baby carrots
  • 3 slices cucumber
  • 3 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • handful greens
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 4 oz. coconut water - or your preferred liquid

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients as listed above into your favorite blending device
  • Blend until smooth
